Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed through www.ouropeptides.com, operated by Ouro Peptides Limited (company number 17129783).

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders with a shipping address outside the UK will not be processed and will be refunded in full.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 15:00 (UK time) on a business day on the same business day. Orders placed after 15:00, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, dispatch may take up to 2 business days. If there is a delay beyond this, we will notify you by email.

Shipping methods and estimated delivery

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 β€” 2–3 business days β€” Standard orders
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 β€” 1–2 business days β€” Priority orders
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed β€” Next business day (by 1pm) β€” High-value or time-sensitive orders
  • DPD Next Day β€” Next business day β€” Orders over Β£300 or where signature is required

The shipping method is selected based on order value, weight, and customer preference where applicable.

All orders ship with full tracking. A tracking number and carrier link are emailed to you upon dispatch.

Signature on delivery

Orders with a value of Β£300 or above require a signature on delivery. This protects both you and us against loss or delivery disputes. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold β€” any such offer will be clearly stated on the Site.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, tamper-evident packaging with no external branding or indication of contents. Each shipment includes the product(s) ordered, a packing slip with your order number, and a Certificate of Analysis for every product in the order.

Products are packed to ensure safe transit of lyophilised compounds, including appropriate cushioning and temperature considerations where necessary.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also track your order by logging into your account on the Site.

If your tracking shows no movement after 3 business days, please contact us at support@ouropeptides.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@ouropeptides.com. We will open a trace with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund at your preference.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Restricted items

We do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address where the recipient can accept delivery.
