These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.ouropeptides.com (“the Site”) and any purchase you make through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any order.
The Site is operated by Ouro Peptides Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17129783, with its registered office at 247-249 Old Brompton Road, London, SW5 9HP, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Research use only
All products sold on this Site are supplied strictly for in vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or any diagnostic purpose. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are purchasing the product(s) solely for use in a qualified research or laboratory environment.
- You will not administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise apply the product(s) to any human or animal.
- You will not resell the product(s) to consumers or to any person who intends to use them for human or veterinary consumption.
- You understand that the product(s) have not been approved by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary use.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the product(s) are being purchased for a purpose other than legitimate research.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and to place an order. By accessing the Site and confirming your age at the age verification gate, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to request proof of age or proof of research affiliation before processing any order.
3. Account registration
You may create an account on the Site to manage your orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@ouropeptides.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Products and pricing
All product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you before processing.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We are not currently VAT-registered (below the £90,000 registration threshold), and prices shown are therefore the total amount payable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). We may accept or decline your order at our sole discretion. An order is accepted only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until that point, no binding contract exists between us.
We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to: stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, failure to pass fraud screening, or reasonable belief that the products are being purchased for a prohibited purpose.
6. Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard), cryptocurrency, and open banking transfer. All card payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card details on our servers.
All card transactions are subject to 3-D Secure (3DS2) authentication, address verification (AVS), and CVV verification.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
7. Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed before 15:00 (UK time) on a business day are dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends and bank holidays are dispatched the next business day.
We use Royal Mail Tracked and Royal Mail Special Delivery for standard orders, and DPD for larger orders or where signature on delivery is required. All orders ship with tracking, which is emailed to you upon dispatch.

8. Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns of opened or tampered products for biosecurity and quality assurance reasons.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods and are issued to the original payment method.

9. Certificates of Analysis
Every product we sell is accompanied by a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming purity, identity, and composition. COAs are available for download on each product page and are included with every shipment. If you require a COA before placing an order, please contact us at support@ouropeptides.com.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ouro Peptides Limited or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We provide the Site and products on an “as is” basis.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or adverse effect arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from the Site. All products are sold for research use only, and you assume full responsibility for their handling, storage, and use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ouro Peptides Limited, its director, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of any product for a purpose other than in vitro research; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
13. Privacy and data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number C1910960.
14. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supplier failures, postal or carrier disruptions, or cyberattacks.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
