Below are the questions we hear most often. Every product we sell is supplied for in-vitro research use only — not for human or veterinary consumption. You must be 18+ to purchase. For our full policies, see our Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Anything not answered here? Get in touch or use the chat bubble.
What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids studied in laboratory settings to investigate biological pathways, cellular signalling, and pre-clinical research questions. They are supplied as raw research materials and are not pharmaceutical-grade drugs.
Are your products intended for human use?
No. Every product we offer is for in-vitro research use only and is not intended for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, or any clinical or therapeutic application. See our Disclaimer for full terms.
What does “HPLC verified” mean?
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a laboratory technique used to determine the purity of a peptide. Every batch we supply is tested by an independent third-party laboratory to confirm purity, with the result documented on the Certificate of Analysis that ships with your order.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes — a Certificate of Analysis is issued for every batch and supplied with your order. The COA confirms peptide identity, mass spectrometry result, and HPLC purity percentage.
How should lyophilised peptides be stored?
Unopened lyophilised peptides should be kept refrigerated or, for long-term storage, frozen and protected from light. Once reconstituted, store refrigerated and use within the timeframe noted on the product page. Detailed storage guidance accompanies every product.
How do I reconstitute a lyophilised peptide?
Reconstitution is typically performed using bacteriostatic water in a controlled laboratory environment. Specific reconstitution volumes vary by peptide and intended research concentration — consult published research protocols appropriate to your study. We do not provide dosing guidance, as our products are for in-vitro research only.
Where do you ship to?
We ship from the United Kingdom to addresses across the UK, EU and selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs procedures in the destination country. See our Shipping Policy for the current list of supported destinations.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy for current estimates.
Is my order tracked, and how is it packaged?
Yes — every order ships with tracking and tamper-evident packaging. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, plus cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Can I return an item or request a refund?
Refund and return eligibility are summarised in our Refund Policy. Because our products are research materials, items that have been opened or had their tamper-evident seal broken are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How do I contact you?
Use the chat bubble in the bottom-right of any page for the fastest reply, fill in our Contact form, or email us — the address is on our Contact page.
Are you GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We are a UK-registered company (Companies House #17129783) and follow GDPR and UK Data Protection requirements. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data and our Cookie Policy for how we use cookies.
Why is age verification required?
Our products are research materials sold on the strict condition that the purchaser is 18 years of age or older. The age gate exists to confirm this before any purchase can be completed.
How do I know which peptide is right for my research?
Each product page lists the peptide’s purity, molecular weight, sequence (where applicable), and the research areas it has been studied in. We cannot recommend a specific peptide for your study — consult published literature relevant to your research question, or speak with a qualified colleague.
